I requested a withdrawal 4 days ago, and it hasnt been processed ever since. I tried talking to live chat support and asked for a deadline till my payment should definitely come, but they werent able to clarify it. All i got was "be patient" and "as soon as possible". This is ridiculous from an online business. I refure to be patient anymore since my rights as a customer are not being met at all.
I would like to recieve my money, or at least get a clear date when my transaction will go through.

The transfer has been completed, although I dont recommend spinanga to anyone. 7 days withdrawal is hilarious and the customer service is like Im talking to bots.
