Hello,
I am experiencing a serious issue with Spinanga.com. I have won €3700 and currently have three active withdrawal requests of €500 each, submitted more than 5 business days ago.
Their terms clearly state that withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days. Despite this, my requests are still “processing” and I receive only vague replies from support such as: “Please be patient, it is in the final stage.” This has been going on for several days now with no progress.
In addition, I have €1500 still in my account, but I cannot request a new withdrawal because of the limit of 3 open requests.
I am kindly asking AskGamblers to help me resolve this. I would simply like to receive the money I have rightfully won, according to the casino’s own rules.
I can provide all necessary screenshots and communication as proof.

I don't think it's fair that you always lie and thus only delay.. I waited 17 days for the first payment. Your intention is to delay and thus you think I will spend my money. I demand that you pay out the remaining €2500 immediately because the rules say that the payment is made within 3-5 days, which you have greatly exceeded. Otherwise, I will proceed with the lawsuit because I have all the evidence.
I also don't understand why you askgamblers gave them another 95 hours to respond..they waited until the last hours to respond just to gain more time..in 15 years of gambling, I have never had such an experience. I am ashamed of the casino.
I received another €1000, now we are waiting for €1500
