Delayed withdrawal and verification
I made a deposit of $50nzd on the 18th of March and took a deposit bonus. I managed to wager the bonus then made my withdrawal of $700 it then took about 4 business days for it to be reviewed and it was reversed.
I did expect this to happen as I was not completely sure if I had entered my bank details correctly as they are always different formats for different casinos, and I also expected them to ask for verification. So with the reversed balance on my account I continued to play and I have managed to get my account to $5000 nzd. I have now been waiting for over 5 business days for my withdrawal to be reviewed and when I ask chat you just get the same message each time. Their terms and conditions say withdrawals will be processed (within 3 business days). I would like to verify my account also but they do not allow you to verify until they activate it on their end.
I have dealt with some casinos in the past that try and do this kind of thing and I understand what they are trying to do and avoid paying for as long as they can. I did not breach any bonus terms and conditions as I actually always read them prior to making a deposit. I currently can only withdraw $1000 a day but can only have 3 pending withdrawals at one point in time so I also have $2000 sitting on my casino balance.
After my first withdrawal was declined they sent me and email explaining about 5 different reasons why my withdrawal was declined, so it could be any of these things but ofcourse they don't elaborate and they also still did not ask for variation.
Any help would be much appreciated because at this rate with these timeframes I am waiting it could be weeks or months, they are breaching there terms and conditions but taking well over 3 business days every time I need my withdrawal reviewed.
