On 01/23/2025 I was playing with real money at Gates Xmas 1000, I entered the bonus and out of nowhere the page refreshed and when it came back it didn't have the bonus or the money I had already won within the bonus, considering that the rounds hadn't finished yet (8 or 9 were left). I immediately reported the problem in the live chat and by email and to this day nothing has been resolved, the answer is always the same and it seems to me that everything will stay the same.
