On Feb. 20 I deposit 300 in spin casino but not able to play any slot or live games. I speak with the agent he told to do clear cookies cache and ask to change device I did ask for documents for verification I sent but still today they not refund. I am daily chatting but no solution they have also issued a ticket DEP0203 daily they keep me round and round.
