I hope to find a serious answer at least here. I have 13 days to make my withdrawal through skrill. they had assured me that in 24/48 hours, they made my payment. after 48 hours I sent an email to the support, their answer was that they did not make enough balance to pay my winnings (2500 EUR) and it is very strange for a casino. however they asked me for an additional 24/48 hours to make the payment. this until the fifth day. but the payment still does not arrive .. in the following days I sent other emails to the support and through the social facebook, but their answer was always the same. the department approved the payment and the funds will be available at any time. but until today (13 days later) I did not receive any credit on my skrill account. I hope to receive at least here the right answer on how long I still have to wait to receive that win. thanks and good day to everyone

Thanks for writing to us. I wanted to confirm that cashier actually paid you via Skrill yesterday. So if you could be so kind to confirm that you received it then we can mark this as concluded.

Our apologies for the delay, sometimes in some situations there is a delay in payment due to further KYC verification. Documents must be further investigated to be 100% sure there is no fraud involved, this causes some delay in some scenarios.

Once we can confirm that documents are in fact correct, they are released to be paid.
