I have had my Spellwin account for a few months. Fully verified, and I have had deposits and withdrawals with no issue.
My current withdrawal has now been pending for over 7 days. So 5 working days and 2 weekend days. Their terms state 3 working days. So this is now very close to being double the time.
I have gone on chat, but all they can say is email KYC@. I have done this a few times, but not heard back.
Please, can AskGamblers help mediate this situation?
