100 CAD Withdrawal Request Cancelled 6 Times and Remains Unprocessed After Two Full Weeks

My account is KYC verified and I've successfully withdrawn from Spellwin in the past. Those withdrawals were slow and had been cancelled multiple times as well. This most recent request was initially placed on July 20th. Here we are, on August 4th, and I still haven't received my money. The request has been cancelled 6 times now.
I wouldn't recommend gambling at Spellwin to anyone aside from those who don't mind waiting for weeks to receive their winnings.

When withdrawing funds using Interac, casino operators such as Spellwin have limited windows of time to fulfill withdrawal requests. Although I'm uncertain exactly how long that window is, gauging by my history with other online casinos, it seems to be ≈24-48hrs.
That said, throughout these weeks where I've been made to wait for my winnings, at the close of each business week, at either the end of the day on Friday (UTC) or at some point on those weekends (Sat/Sun), I made a couple of those cancellations myself knowing that, by when their financial department returned to the office that following Monday, those respective Interac withdrawal windows would have expired and couldn't possibly have been fulfilled anyways.
After making those end-of-the-workweek cancellations, I re-requested the withdrawl near to the end of the day each Sunday (UTC), so that the Interac windows would still be valid at points when Spellwin's team could possibly have processed them. Even with these additional graces to compensate for their slow-as-mud processing times, though, they failed to come through on their end until, finally, after I'd posted this complaint on the AskGamblers site.
Thanks for your support with this frustrating issue, AskGamblers. Almost immediately after I'd placed this complaint, their finance team responded and I only had to wait through one more, the seventh, withdrawal cancellation and re-request before receiving my small win. Without your assistance, their professional incompetence likely would have continued on indefinately.
