Withdrawal delayed 14 days waiting for payment

Hello all,


I want to write my complaint against sons of slots casino. I made a withdrawal of €500 on 11-06-2021 and the withdrawal was paid to my bank account on 14-06-2021 regarding sons of slots. It’s now 25-06-2021 and I still don’t receive the €500 in my bank. I send a lot of emails, attached my bank statement so they can see that it’s not credited. My account is fully verified, and other withdrawals I received to my bank in time. Only the €500 is gone, and it’s today 14 days ago that I made this withdrawal. I get no answers from the risk-payment department when I send my emails with bank statements. So I don’t know why to do it anymore, because they say that they paid, only I didn’t receive it.

I received my withdrawal!! The problem is solved in a proper way, and i will continue playing on my favourite online casino ( sons of slots ).
