Violated ASK200SOS Bonus Terms

I received an ASK200SOS bonus from my partner askgamblers at sonsofslots. The terms of the bonus state: “2. Max cash out of the bonus is 200 EUR". After I fulfilled the bonus condition, SonsOfSlots reduced my balance to 100 EUR (but should have left 200 EUR). Here is the bonus condition:

When I played the bonus (with free spins) wager (x35), my balance was €542.96. Accordingly, according to the terms of the ASK200SOS bonus, SonsOfSlots must reduce the amount from €542.96 to €200.
Then I deposited 25 euros (the balance became €567.96). And X1 wagered a deposit (€25) in the slot. The balance became €584.18.
Accordingly, €584.18 - €542.96 = €41.22 (the amount of personal funds not related to the bonus).
The maximum withdrawal of the bonus is 200 euros + personal funds from the deposit €41.22 = €241.22.
My balance should now be €241.22. But, SonsOfSlots cut my balance down to €125. Accordingly, SonsOfSlots violated the terms of the ASK200SOS bonus and scammed me for €116.22. Support does not want to discuss this with me. All screenshots are attached to the complaint.

Kindly notice that we reduced the amount of your claim to 100 EUR instead of the originally requested one of 116.22 EUR. That's because you deposited on top of your bonus funds which had max cashout restrictions of 200 EUR. Hence, the amount you are entitled to receive was 200 EUR (max allowed cashout as per the promo terms) + 25 EUR (your deposit) = 225 EUR.

3000 euro late payment

Hi
Have been waiting one week for my withdrawal at Sonsofslots.
My account is fully verified. They have told me that they use 2 working days.
Have been in contact with them several times.
There is a max withdrawal limit on 1000 euro pr day.
I have been ordered 3 different withdrawals at 1000 euro each.
Nothing has happend so far!

Declined payment of 8093e

I made my first deposit on that site on 30.12 after which I made deposits for a total of 6900 euros. After that I managed to win from betting so that the balance increased to 8093 euros. After that, I wanted to withdraw my winnings, but after my withdrawal had been pending for 12 days, I noticed today that the Casino cancelled my withdrawal. I haven't received any message on any of the emails I sent, they don't respond to live chat, they just don't have a chatbot, which doesn't help.

Delayed 4 withdrawals since last week

I have completed KYC on Sons of Slots casino and have an e-mail from their support to confirming this. After completed verification I was able to make one withdrawal that was processed in 48 hours as their own T&C says ("Withdrawal requests get processed within 48hours"). However I have now done four more withdrawals that are all still in pending-mode.
Their customer service was not able to tell when they will be processed.
Pending withdrawals atm:

1000€ done on 16th Nov (1 week ago)
1000€ done on 18th Nov (5 days ago)
1000€ done on 19th Nov (4 days ago)
1000€ done on 21st Nov (2 days ago).

I have not used ANY bonus money and played only slots. Verification process is completed nearly 2 weeks ago and as I stated in the beginning I have been able to withdraw one time 1000€ last week.

Waited more than 3 months for withdrawal

Waited more than three months for my withdrawal. Support keeps saying they understand my frustration, but that the withdrawal is under review by a different department. They cannot provide a time frame. The account was verified early in the process, and I have provided all documents requested. All winnings are from wagering real money, not bonuses. Amount for withdrawal is above €23.000.

Firstly, I saw Sons of Slots had a good rating here.

Took the bonus. played some days. Then I was limited to 3 euro/bet. So I had to wager like 500 bets. I think this is very unfair. I had won like 300 euros, not 10 000 euros..

Then, I Verified and withdrew, after much verification(phone number, never experienced)

Monday the 7th august I won 1000€ and made a withdrawal.

In the Casinos agreement it says the withdrawal will take 48 hours.

I'm waiting for 4 days now and my money is still not in my bankaccount.

Everytime I go to livechat, they tell me the same story and its always copy-paste text.

Declined withdrawal of 1000 Euros again and again

Hi, I have tried to withdraw my 1000€ first time 13.5.2023 and now last time 6.7.2023 but they cancel my withdraw every time. I have tried to ask them why they do this, but they only saying that they have technical issues and nothing more.

Deposited 3000euros 13th june 2023 to sons of slots. Then wanted to suspend my account cause of gambling problem. Documents are sended and account approved 14th june 2023. Rejecting withdrawal again and again

Hi, I have a problem regarding the withdrawal of 440€ from Sons of Slots casino. My request to withdraw funds using the same method as I deposited (Revolut bank) is rejected, on LC I was told to use a different IBAN number that has been verified because they have problems with withdrawals to Revolut. So I uploaded a statement from the Millennium bank, which was accepted. I ordered a withdrawal this time to the account number of the Millennium bank, but the withdrawal was also rejected. They sent information to the e-mail that the withdrawal must be ordered by the deposit method...
