I am playing at this casino for several months. I am fully verified. In their T&C''s they mention that they payout within 72 hours. I made a withdrawal request on Saturday 21st august so a week ago and it is still not carried out. The customer service is not helpful and unfriendly. Please find the overview of my still pending withdrawal request.
