Software glitch then account closure without any justification

Hit 4 lamps on alladin slot. Except 4th lamp glitched on last reel, resulting in a loss...I had just upped my wager to 5.00 a spin. I emailed them complaining and then responded saying it's not their place to comment, as they have no control. This was my first deposit for 80 dollars, the bonus claimed I would get a 100% match chip after a loss. Well I tried logging in the next day and my account was disabled. Support then told me we weren't a good match...wow.

The reason for your account closure is quite simple: As you were a new player, you were contacted by the casino to confirm that you were the person opening the account. The person answering the number you gave (which we contacted) denied opening the account and depositing.

It is because of this that your account has been closed. This account will NOT be reopened.
