Whilst playing Book of Oz, triggered the free spins feature. the bonus spins winnings were up to £78 early on and the bonus feature retriggered... so I was on £78 with 15/16 spins still remaining. The game then froze and came up with the following error message "your request could not be processed by the Account Management System. Please try again or contact the help desk quoting error code 212".

I have tried for nearly a month now trying to resolve this via Snabbis's help desk (Issue occurred 09-11-2019), but it is still not resolved. I keep being told that there is no update yet, but will let me know when they have an update. Starting to think I am being fobbed off now. Like they are hoping I will get bored and go away. I want this issue resolved and I want to finally resume my bonus round!!
