Game crashed during Bonus Feature

Hello i deposited 2 times and took the first and second welcome bonus but before i deposited the second time i asked live chat if the first bonus wagering would be cleared if i deposited again and was told it was automatic so i deposited received the second welcome bonus plus the 50 free spins but the wagering from the first bonus never cleared so i went to live chat and they manually cleared the wagering but removed my second deposit 50 spins and when they tried to re add them they got an error so i was told that the "bonus team " would fix the problem and re add the 50 spins its been 2 weeks now and i keep asking in live chat every day and keep being told it will be resolved soon

On november 25th I made my first deposit to Snabbis casino. I deposited 20 euros using the first deposit bonus. Unfortunately it wasnt added to my account so I immediately contacted support asking about this. They told me it was probably just delayed. I waited and waited but 2 days later it still wasn't in my account even though the money was booked off of my bankaccount immediately. I contacted support again and they told me that the transaction was cancelled and the money should be back in my bank account within "some banking days". So I waited again for the money to appear in my bankaccount. On december 16th I still hadn't received my money back so I contacted support who told me they'd get back with me the next day which didn't happen. When I contacted them again, they told me to be patient but it's been almost a month and I dont feel like I am being taken seriously. They keep sending me away with empty promisses and don't help me in finding a solution. I just really want my account to be credited or proof that the money has been sent back to my bankaccount.
