I have been playing at Smokace Casino lately. In this casino you get daily bonus offers which I have auh used from time to time. I have played with and without bonuses, I have won and lost. The withdrawals have always worked without problems. Last I had a higher profit and even then the payouts have worked, you have to make more frequent withdrawals because you can not pay out more than 400. Before I got my last payout my account was blocked because of alleged gambling addiction although I have not even reached the first Vip level. I also have not violated any terms and conditions and also get several payouts. I have politely turned to the support but there was no reaction more. My last payout of 290 euros I have no longer received. As you can see I have now also submitted a review on their site about the casino. Supposedly I have received an email, the truth is I have not received any mail but even a written on which I have received no response. I have also not violated any conditions. I have collected all the evidence I can without logging in and provided it to them.

I am very curious about their strategy, perhaps they can explain the strategy in more detail how to safely fulfill the turnover requirements with bonus money. I have here an excerpt from point 3 of the bonus conditions.
3. customers are not allowed to use strategies when playing with an active bonus in order to fulfill the bonus turnover requirements. If strategies are used, the administration reserves the right to cancel all winnings of the player. I have not postponed any game rounds in any way, nor have I played with too high stakes. I chose a game I liked to play and got lucky. The game is not excluded or blocked by their system nor have I varied bet levels. What is the strategy to always run a game with the same bet?
Maybe you can explain me the last point I could not find in their conditions.
