Still delayed payment after all verification and check provider approved

Since july 24.. i received a email regarding verification so I send all documents, waiting … the casino send me an email back said my account have been verified .. but they term and rules said that my account have been send to the provider for checking my session game .. I wait till August 5.. the casino send me an email confirm that my session have been check by provider and ask my to withdraw again because they cancelled it cause the withdrawal was expired … so I make a new withdraw … this morning I received another email from Smokace casino said they cancelled my withdrawal again and ask me to try again … I play with this casino and it was fun like other casino .. I deposit my money on this casino and I win .. but it’s stress me out cause it’s seems that they don’t want to send me my gain … I win more then 40k and still waiting .. why financial department of this casino still cancelled my withdrawal when everything on they terms and rules have been set up and verified ?

We understand that such a long waiting process may not be convenient. For our part, we try to process your withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. The transaction activity period of 48 hours, which we reported earlier, is set by the payment system, not by us. Unfortunately, we cannot influence this period of time, as well as we cannot reactivate the transaction if it is canceled due to timeout.
Therefore, if a transaction is canceled due to a timeout, we will send you an email asking you to re-activate the transaction.
We also inform you that your withdrawal requests from 2024-09-09 16:58:00 UTC and 2024-09-11 22:32:22 UTC were processed on 2024-09-10 09:35:33 UTC and 2024-09-12 08:09:32 UTC respectively.
We ask that you continue to submit withdrawal requests, and it will be processed by the Finance Department.

smokace casino indicates that it processes my withdrawals within 48 hours.. which is false... I actually receive one withdrawal per week..sometimes 2..
I make my withdrawal requests every day.. I have never had so much difficulty receiving my winnings with a casino..
yes I have received since August 6 only $10,400 on a gain of 47k... there is still $36,800 to receive.. in 34 days of waiting.. it is not reasonable... if we do the calculation on 48 hours of processing for 1 withdrawal per day.. I would have been supposed to receive more than 22k and that is not the case...
so to date the casino only gives me one way to withdraw my winnings and it is by the gigadat etransfer method... it does not even deposit into my account and they already have all the documents... see the supporting photos .. casino cancellations more than 72 hours before processing my requests some time ..
why you don’t proceed as your schedule ?
I’m waiting to receive my entire winning as a good player …
