Bets10 Casino - Slow support, delayed payment

After successful verification of my accoun, it is still "limited" and I cannot withdraw money that are listed as "withdrawable funds". I have sent various e-mails to the support, but their help is close to being useless. By writing a complaint here, I hope that the stuff of the casino will be eager to help me. The amount I want to withdraw is EUR 50.
