After verification was completed my account was closed

I do not quite understand what the bets10 does. I made a deposit of 10 euros from my skrill account , without any bonus. I wanted to play poker, but I had a set limit on my account and I could not buy any ticket to the poker tournament, I did not play a single hand in poker because of the limit, I wrote an email to the support to remove this limit, 2 days I did not get an answer, so I played the casino in the white rabbit slot. On the 0.30 euro stake I got a few times the bonus game, I won 85 euro and I make a cashout 85 euro to my skrill account . I send documents and... On the next day, my account was blocked and the reason given was " account has been closed by our Risk deparment according to your suspicious manners." LOL I have an account in bets10 from 3 or 4 years, I am powerless because they have closed my account for no reason and stole 85 euro ,i don not play poker, i do not play live casino, i do not play with any bonuses. After successful verification of my accoun, it is still "limited" and I cannot withdraw money that are listed as "withdrawable funds". I have sent various e-mails to the support, but their help is close to being useless. By writing a complaint here, I hope that the stuff of the casino will be eager to help me.
