Slow Payment of Withdrawals

I have been a player at Club Player Casino for a number of years. My understanding of their withdrawal policy is that withdrawals will be approved within 20 business days and payment should be received within another 20 business days. In the past, I have found that withdrawals have corresponded fairly closely to this schedule.

However, recently, withdrawals have been ridiculously slow. Currently, I have the following approved withdrawals that are beyond the casino’s policy of 20 business days: $1000 approved on 8/4, $950 approved on 9/5, $1000 approved on 9/19 and $1000 approved on 10/3. Additionally, I have a withdrawal request for $2400 that was submitted for approval on 8/28 for which I’m still waiting action on.

Over the past six weeks, I have been contacting VIP support on a weekly basis. Each time, I am given the same explanation that my requests will be escalated to Finance. Yet no movement seems to be occurring.

Your assistance in moving things along will be greatly appreciated.

The 11/25 transaction is now showing up in my account. It now appears that I have received all of the withdrawals requested. Thank you for your efforts in resolving this issue.

I do have one final request from you. The casino has me rated as an "expert" which prevents me from receiving all of the benefits of the VIP program. I play by the same rules and on the same platform as everyone else and can't understand why I'm being discriminated against in this manner. I would greatly appreciate it if you can get this rating changed so that I can receive the same benefits as other VIP players.

Actually, no need for a reconciliation--I made an error on my end and gave you the wrong transaction, entirely.

I'm going to present the full list of payments that have been sent off:

11/19 Paid $2000 for transactions #47061981 ($1000) and 47259902 ($1000)
11/12 Paid $1750 for transaction #46392576 ($800) and 46865309 ($950)

Delayed withdawal payment

On 7/17/26, a withdrawal request was made in the amount of $2300. Lacking any update, on 8/7/26, I chatted with Ronald Grant in customer support. During this chat, the withdrawal request was expedited.

On 8/12/26, I received an email notifying me that my payment was on the way and it should be received in 7 to 10 business days. There was no mention regarding the amount for this payment.

When payment was not received on 8/21/26, customer support was again contacted for an update. Ronald Grant again responded and checked on the status of the payment. He informed me that the processor had split the payment and that $$1250 should be received by 8/26/26. The balance of $1050 would then be placed in the queue for approval which would take 7 to 10 business days. Once approved, payment would be received in another 7 to 10 business days.

As of this writing, it has been 5 weeks since the withdrawal request was submitted. I've been playing at this casino for more than a decade. In the past, I've never had an issue with withdrawals up to the casinos $2500 weekly limit. It's very frustrating to have waited this long only to have to wait another 4 to 5 weeks to receive full payment. I feel that this entire matter needs to be expedited and full payment received within a timely matter.

Slow withdrawal payments once again

On 2/5/26, a withdrawal request for $2500 was submitted to Club Player Casino. On 2/6/26, 5 more withdrawal requests for $2500 each were submitted to the casino. In total, $12,500 in winning have been requested. Today, 18 days have passed since the first request and 17 days for the other requests and no funds have yet been received.

On Friday, a chat was made to casino support. During this contact, the first request was escalated and I was told that there would be a response within 72 hours. At the time, a request to escalate the other five withdrawals was also made. A response was given that each request would be addressed individually once an earlier request was handled.

Today, 2/23/26, an email was received stating that a payment of $2500 would be made within 7 to 10 business days. This seems like a long time to wait for payment, and at the rate that things are proceeding, it will be several months before all withdrawals will be received. It it my understanding that the casino allows withdrawals of $5000 per week and crypto requests are made more quickly.

Slow withdrawal payment

I have been having a hard time receiving my requested withdrawal from Club Player Casino.

On 12/18/25, a withdrawal request was made for $1000. A week later, an inquiry was made to customer support and their response said that payment was scheduled for the following week. On 1/2/26, payment still had not been received, so customer support was again contacted. The agent told me that the withdrawal would be expedited. On Monday 1/5/26, an email was received stating that payment would be received in 7 to 10 business days. Today (1/16/26) is the 10th business day and payment has yet to be received. Again customer support was contacted and I was unable to receive a response informing when payment would be received other than in 7 to 10 business days.

Thank you in advance for any assistance that Ask Gamblers can provide in this matter, I'd like to get this resolved quickly since I have another withdrawal of $1100 that has been pening since 12/29/25 and hope that I won't have to wait a month to receive this payment.

I hit and tried to cash out. It advised me to verify my identity, which I did.

They told me my payment could take up to 10 days.

It's been well over the 10-day period, and I have heard nothing back, and I have been unable to get customer support to respond to me.

My name is < full name removed >. I recently won $5,000 on this platform but have been unable to withdraw my winnings. I’m only offered one withdrawal method—crypto—even though I have a working crypto wallet. Despite this, the site still won’t send the funds to my account. I’m extremely frustrated. I refuse to make another deposit if they’re going to block my withdrawals. I’ve tried to contact support multiple times with no response. The live chat doesn’t load, and emails seem to go nowhere. It’s unfair that they offer multiple deposit methods, yet restrict withdrawals to only one option that doesn't even work. I should be allowed to withdraw using the same method I used to deposit. This kind of behavior feels deceptive, possibly illegal, and absolutely unethical. Casinos should not be allowed to withhold winnings from players. I just want the $5,000 I rightfully won. What steps can I take now to get my money? Please help

January 2, I won 10K. I split the payments up into 4 payments of $2500. They said it would take seven business days to process it for approval was approved. I received emails on all three that were approved. I check every other day and they still tell me the same thing and now I try to login and it says not authorized in my country. And stil have not received the first payment

Club Player owes 390 USD since Oct 11th

Hi,

I have a withdrawal for 390$ from Club Player that was requested on Oct 11th.

It was approved and has now been over ten business days since approval.

When I ask live chat they just say they will escalate it and to wait more days.

I hate having to come here and file complaints but I hate when casinos don't follow their own terms more.

I am from the USA. I have been verified by the casino. I used a coupon that I was entitled to and won $4660.25 on june 24th 2024. Club player paid me $2500 in a coindraw. $2160.25 is late on both approval and payment, I am requesting askgamblers to please mediate this case for me until I receive the $2160.25.

Winnings not paid

I had won 400.00$ through them and after the fees and that I had 298.00$ I had won. I made deposit of 30$ like they said and the manager sent me an email stating approved and money on its way. I have yet to receive it. They told me my 30$ didnt go through so I have sent 3 emails to financial department with proof and will not respond back.

It has been 15 days since I submitted a withdrawal request for $1000

It has been 15 days since I submitted a withdrawal request for $1000. I keep getting told that it is being escalated but nothing ever changes. I’ve had 6-7 different people “escalate” this withdrawal. No change still. Terms say all withdrawal are reviewed and approved or denied within 7-10 business day. After it’s approved then you have to wait another 7-10 business days to receive the payout. Ridiculous. Can someone help me to get Club Player Casino to approve my payout? Seems like they are just playin games at this point.
