Slow Payment & High Fees


I requested two withdrawals from Silver Oak on 2/13/17. They were for $2200 each. They deducted $320 for the bonus which I expected and for some reason split the remaining into 3 withdrawals for $1250, $1250 and $1580. I finally received a payment of $1145 on 5/4/17 after talking to Tom and Jac Wild on 4/23, but nothing since. I am assuming that 5/4 payment is for one of the $1250. But that is a fee of $105. Fees in the past have been $40-$55. And I assume they split my 2 withdrawals into 3 to be able to take more fees. I hope they are not going to take $105 for the next two also. I have gotten paid from them in the past, but this time it is getting ridiculous. Especially since I am also waiting for payouts from their sister casinos Captain Jack, Royal Ace and Slot Madness also.

I received a payment of $1545 today which I think finishes my payments from Silver Oak. I am crediting them with one payment I am still not positive came from them.) I am still owed several payments from Royal Ace and Slot Madness, but you can close this complaint.
