I could really use some assistance if possible in dealing with Planet 7 Casino. I sumitted a withdrawal request on June 14, 2017 of $400, on June 23 $200 and June 25th $300. I provided the required documents on June 15th and chatted with support on June 18 to confirm they were received. The terms as stated in their terms of service are 7-10 business days to process and then 7-14 days for payment processing. I have regularly chatted with support and for the last week and a half they keep telling me everything is approved and I should receive my Bitcoin withdrawal at any time. This is frustrating as they will not provide a payment date or even a date range when I will receive this money. I have also asked to speak with a casino host or VIP hist and they will not transfer me, telling me there is nothing they can do either. I really love playing here and am very sad that I had to come here to get this issue resolved. Any help you could give would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Risa--

I'm very sorry for the delays and difficulties you've been experiencing with this.

This is one of those good news/bad news issues: The good news is that I was able to get your payment issued to you via Bitcoin, this morning. The bad news (for me, actually) is that there was a $1000 over-payment to you in error.

When we have a check or wire payment in this sort of situation, we can simply pull the payment back and re-issue it for the correct amount, however, with Bitcoin, this is not possible. I'm going to ask my Payments Manager to contact you when she gets in today. I'm hoping you'll be kind enough to return the over-payment.
