I requested a payout on Jan 1, 2015 and it was approved on JAN 13th. I was told it would take 7-10 business days for payment. It is now February 10 and still no payment. Many excuses when I email them, basically they are getting a ton of requests and I am to be patient as I will get paid. I keep asking them to give me a time frame and they will not answer me directly, only saying I will get paid.

Hi wunbar,
I just want to take a moment to apologize to you publicly on this. We did have a bit of a screw-up on our end and I know Emma contacted you to square things away in the proper manner.
I wish you all the best and continued good luck,
Tawni

Yes - check arrived FEB 20th via FED EX - it was supposed to come on the 18th but there was weather delays in our area. I had requested $2000.00 and received $1960.00 (minus $40 for check fee).
Interesting enough I had also requested a pauout for $2500.00 (their maximum limit) on FEB 04 and received approval on FEB 18th but for only $500.00. They placed the remainder of my request ($2000.00) back into my account. When I asked them about this they stated it was not in their control - they deal with a third party processor that determines the amount being paid out. Very confusing as I received my request for $2000.00 (minus $40 check fee) just yesterday. My belief is that they are hoping if they put the money back into your account you will ultimately gamble it all away. I didn't want to fall into their little trap but did not like the idea of receiving checks for $500 each month so I did start gambling with the $2000.00 they returned and actually ended up an additional $5500.00 playing black jack. I now have $7500.00 pending and by my estimation (if I am patient and don't touch it) will take approximately 15 months or well over a year to collect.
At least I know their system is not crooked as I play a very basic blackjack - of course their is no way to count cards as they reshuffle the deck after each hand. I just got incredibly lucky - I could have lost that $2000.00 just as easily.
Another interesting note - since I got on a nice winning streak my VIP status has been taken away, they took my VIP host away and I am no longer elgible for any type of bonus, comps, freebies. Goes to shwo you if you are losing they treat you like a king, when you start winning - not so much.
