Planet 7 Casino - Slow pay out processing

I am have been told twice that two pending withdrawals (out of four still pending), would be approved asap, yet they are still being kept under "pending approval " for over two weeks now. I have one for 7/27, two for 7/30 and one for 8/2......I know that once they are finally approved, it will be another two weeks to receive the money. I thought they approved 2500.00 a week, not every three weeks. Please help.

I'm sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I did receive the money in my account, however I still have several withdrawals still pending approval. I thought they should be approved at a rate of one per week. Please help speed up the process. Thank you.
