I've been waiting for over 9 days for my 3 withdraws (3 X 1000) .
I can't ask for more because they have a 3 wds pending limit.
I have won over 83000 and since then they don't allow me to do verification (they say is not needed) and I'm very worried.
I have already deposited 4500 euros. The live chat gives uncertain and standard replies like we are really sorry, we do our best, we will contact the fin. department etc...
