Withdrawals not daily
Hi,
I’ve done everything the right way on my end, and I’m not getting anywhere.
The first two weeks after winning (30 000€, with daily withdrawals of 600€ each) the withdrawals were fine. Last week, I only got one withdrawal on Monday. This week I’ve only gotten a withdrawal on Monday. They all of them arrive around 08:30 Swedish time, so I can clearly tell there’s no issue with accepting the withdrawals.
Now that I try to contact them I get no straight answers. I email the financial team ([email protected]) and I’m getting a respons from the support team saying i need to email the financial team(?!).
I just want my money and I’m starting to get worried I will not.
I will attach pictures of the email and response that’s saying it’s the wrong email, some accepted withdrawals with timestamp so you can clearly see the pattern with the time, and some more I hope is helpful.
I’m hoping to hear from you and that you can help me.
