Paused payments again

Hi,

I have made a complaint before with positive results, but now we’re back on the same track again.

I have pending withdrawals from the 16th of January that have not been paid out yet.
It has been going smooth up until this week, and I haven’t heard anything from the casino with an explanation.

I don’t understand why they are doing this, and it’s super annoying.
They say here and there that they are following T&C but are clearly not. They also lie about pending withdrawals.

Please help me once again, and see attached pictures.
