Withdrawal issue escalation
Hello,
I am a fully verified player with SlotsVader, with a current account balance of $18,000 CAD. According to my account level (11–30), I am eligible to withdraw up to $960 CAD per day, with a monthly maximum of $19,200 CAD.
I have fully complied with all SlotsVader policies and rules, including account verification, providing all requested documents, and adhering to the daily and monthly withdrawal limits.
Despite this, SlotsVader has recently slowed withdrawal processing. Previously, withdrawals were processed daily (Monday - Friday), but now they are processed only once per week, causing significant delays.
I have contacted the finance department directly, but my inquiries were dismissed without resolution.
I have attached the following:
Screenshots showing the previous withdrawal pattern and the sudden slowdown.
Screenshots of my current pending withdrawals and balance.
Emails from support acknowledging the change in processing frequency.
I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in having SlotsVader process my withdrawals at the daily maximum of $960 CAD as per my account level, until my balance is cleared, in accordance with their stated T&C limits.
