Hello. I have an account in SlotsPalace since a lot of years. But this time, I have a delay withdrawal since June 18th. I requested a withdrawal of only USD 21, but the brand never proccess it. I contacted them several times and the only answer is that "Ishould wait".

I attach the screenshot with the witdrawal request in pending status.
