As supported by attachments I have an ongoing issue with SlotsPalace casino regarding 3 features that will not load. I have communicated for at least 9 days over this and no resolution. I asked if I could be financially compensated for what I may have won but was declined. All 3 games are one provider. SPINOMENAL. The start feature page comes up each time I go to these games and will not load. I have followed all the instructions they have given me with no resolve. I deposit money to them but feel I am not getting fair treatment back.

Surely an error like this can’t be this long resolving One feature you could leave but 3 is really unfair. The games are screenshotted for you These we’re tonight upon checking again It has been like this for at least a week You play to get features to have some fairness in getting a win back This is a denial of that fairness I would really appreciate the help here as they just keep telling me to wait I followed their instructions several times to clear cache Clear data. Try a new device and use google chrome as portal Nothing worked
