Slots Jackpot Casino doesn't pay my ndb winnings, it COST me 50euro instead

I had to deposit 50euro because I had won the maximum 50 with a no deposit bonus they offert me and the minimum amount you can withdraw is 100euro.I have send in verification documents and even a signed and dated form as they required. I never got a mail that the documents were approved.
For more then a week my withdrawl could be reversed by me, then not anymore, and after a couple of days it could be reversed again.
Their chat is never present and e-mails are not reacted on.
THEIR BONUSES ARE JUST A TRICK TO ROB YOU!
I don't think this casino will answer Askgamblers when they contact them and my 50euro is gone.

There was no problem with this withdrawal. Withdrawals can be cancelled at certain points by the player as is their right. 100 Euros were paid yesterday by neteller to the player.

I saw today that their instant play version has a different email address than their downloaded version.Their support is good there, so once you've downloaded their software they 'do not care anymore about the service.They even have the wrong email address for verification documents
