Over the next 2 days i played down to $900 and clicked withdraw on the 15th april.
Over the next 14 days i have been in contact multiple times and getting replies such as "we will ping our verification team" but nothing ever comes.
all documents have been uploaded and resent with "clearer copies" of my documents.
I have advised them i will be sending a complaint via askgamblers.
attached are the emails i have sent and receieved and chat transcripts of my online chat.

Been a new online casino player I was already nervous about depositing money as I was afraid if scams.
After 15 days and still not been verified after it was told to me by your online chat helpers that it takes 3 days i was worried. All up was nearly 20 days for verification.
If this is the sort of time it normally takes maybe you should update it on your website just to ease concerns of others who may find it can take a while.
I really hated complaining but felt it was the only way to proceed.
