Missing deposits

I made dposit of 100€ (7th Nov, 2025) and deposit of 20€ (17th Nov, 2025). Both were made by Neteller. The deposits never credited on my Slothino account, but are withdrawn from Neteller.

I have tried to solve this issue by sending several emails and had chat discussions. Havent got any proper answers. I have sent screenshots from Netteller and account statement from Neteller proving that money is sent to Slothino.

Impossible to withdraw money

I have tried to withdraw money now for almost two months. First I tried to do it by credit card, which I used for deposits. They declined withdrawal several times and according to them, they had ”technical issues” with credit card withdrawal. They asked me to use e-wallet and asked to make first a deposit. I made a deposit, which was never credited. That method was not available either to use for withdrawal, so they asked me to use Trustly. I deposited by Trustly to be able to withdraw miney with it. Withdrawal was declined several times again due to ”technical issues”. Finally they asked me to send a bank statement for manual payment of withdrawal. Money has never been received by me, but it disappeared from my gaming account balance on 11.12.2025. According to one CS representant, it is paid to me and according to another CS representative, it is not paid yet and ”they are investigating”.

Withdrawal problem since May

Hello. I asked slothino and many other casinos to close my account 14.5.2025 because of too much gambling. I had 500€ on my slothino account. They promised to send money to my bank account. I have had many conversations with them via email and live chat but answer is almost everytime same ” our responsible department is investigation my case”. I cant log in to my account because I asked to block it

400EUR withdraw delayed for 12 days

I played here on 13.11.2022 and won 2647 euros in total. At the same day I uploaded all the needed documents and my account was verified the very same day as the screenshot shows. I then succesfully made couple of withdrawals, and managed to withdraw 2247 euros in total. So, 400 euros is still missing. It failed couple of times, and the last try was made on 16.11.2022 (screenshot). Still, after 12 days, the withdraw is pending! Chat only tells me to wait more.

I decided to make this post as I am very worried if they are going to pay the rest of the money. Very soon it has been 2 weeks since the withdraw. It is weird that they pay over 2000 euros, but then keep the rest (400EUR) pending that long.
