I made a deposit with XRP on 30.12.22. However, the money never arrived in my casino account. I sent it to the correct address given to me by their system. Here I have the link so you can see the process for yourself.

I have contacted the casino several times. By email and also by contact form. I do not get an answer.

My delayed cashout of 5300euros

I have won 5300 euros on Slotella casino in the beginning of the month. A few days later, the withdrawal of funds was "approved". 3 weeks later I still haven`t received my withdrawal. I have asked chat abot my withdrawl almost everyday and they keep saying "Wait, your transaction is being processed..." "We will contact you". But they never contacted me.

Dear Askgamblers please help me to resolve this issue!

Deposits are missing

I made four deposits a couple of days ago -by BTC and USDT Tether. Two reached my Slotella account and two are missing. All submitted in exactly the same way and confirmed by CEX IO as definitely being processed.

Slotella support does not seem to care or place any urgency on the fact I have around £70 missing. When I contacted them I also asked them to close my casino account which they failed to document. I just need to get these missing funds returned to me asap. Details attached.

Lies about verification, but no money

I play at Slotella Casino. I win some money, I try to withdraw. Nothing happens. I log back in and they have cancelled withdraw (no communication). Finally I get a response from Live Support who tell me that they are processing the withdraw "immediately". Great I think. But nothing is sent. Repeat the same thing every day for 4 days! Always the promise that they are "just processing right now" and then nothing. Now they just ignore my emails.

Slotella homepage advertise as No-KYC. The first thing they did was demand verification! Anyway I sent the verification - then they say they are paying me, but do not send payment. Why so dishonest?

I have heard nothing but lies from this dishonest Slotella Casino. Please Slotella if you care anything about payment review of your customers, stop lying and process your withdraws.

My balance is 20.5k EUR with 1.75k pending withdraw so I have total of 22.25k EUR with this casino, please help.

Support doesn't answer to help requests, even issue tickets are not given like they they used to be.

Deposit with ltc shows usdt, like it always has.

My withdrawals have been canceled, and I have wagered my deposited more than once. Did not receive any bonus, of course, because those would be available only through support.

Deposit not credited and no answer trying to get in contact

3 January i made a btc-deposit from my cryptowallet. The amount still hasnt been credited at my Slotellaccount. The transaction has been confirmed from my wallet. Ive sent Slotella several emails about this but no answer at all.

Its like last time i had problem with Slotella. They are not intrested in answering.

The amount missing is 0.0231414 BTC

When i contacted my walletprovider they told me to send the link of the transaction to Slotella, which ive done, but what does that help if no one answer?

As you can see attached I've made a withdrawal request 221212 of 980 euro.

I try to get in contact with them with no success. I have written to the support

in the form on the website. I've also sent an email. They don't have any livechat.

Completely silence.

Fatal backend transaction history bug

Casino has a fatal back on their backend. Any microgaming slot you may play it gets recognised as Immortal Romance microgaming slot on their backend. Immortal Romance is one of the few restricted microgaming slots on casino bonus wagering.

If you play ANY microgaming (not restricted by bonus terms) slot on this casino it will look like on their backend as you where playing Immortal Romance, in case you played with a bonus that looks like breaching the bonus terms even if you didn't.

They will remove the bonus and all of your winnings after you complete wager and they will claim that you played the forbidden slot immortal romance. After 10 emails I was offering explanation and video evidence about their site bug they replied to me 12 days ago they are looking at my case and responsible departements will contact me back. After that they do not provide us with any kind of reply to the polite emails I send every other day to check the process of my case. The bug is still there affecting anyone playing with bonus on the site. I tried yesterday to play a new microgaming slot on the site (with lower minimum bet than immortal romance) and it still gets reflected as immortal romance on their transaction history backend even if it a new microgaming game (released 2 days ago).

I have video evidence I can send you link privately. I also have screenshots of trancation history playing microgaming games with lower bet than immortal romance (minimum bet on immortal romance on slotella.com is 0.30 cents) but still gets reflected as immortal romance on their transaction history.

I have good faith that casino will fix the problem and get my 8507 EUR back to my account for withdrawal, but having no reply for 2 weeks makes me anxious!
