Account Verified Redemption Denied

I have used Sixty6 platform for over a year now. My account has been fully verified for that year as I have made one purchase and one redemption in the full year of continuing to collect daily bonuses and use their platform. I finally won over their required 100 minimum and they keep declining my redemption stating I need to reverify my account and make a purchase.
Even though their website states no purchase necessary.
They also want my bank statement to have my residential address but I tried to explain to them through support email that's not possible as my bank statements have my PO Box because I live in a rural town. I tried to tell them I could provide a screenshot of my profile on the bank account which shows my full name, residential address and po box (mailing) address but it's like the didn't even read what I said, just responded with basically the same they have been for what seems like a few weeks already. I attached screen shots of my profile and their statement of No purchase necessary. If I need to provide emails im sure I will hear from yall.
Thank you in advance for any support you may be able to offer.

The first amount I tried ro redeem was $128.00. 5 total redemption attempts, 4 times through AHC and 1 attempt to my debit card- All 5 redemptions were declined.
While this was happening I emailed support back and forth multiple times- I think the "support" responses through email are bots and not humans. I try to explain to them my account has been verified for a year now and they always respond with what is required of me to have a verified account. One of the requirements being a card I used to purchase a package with 1 time last year- a card I no longer have, explained to them multiple times, a full bank statement from within the last 3 months and it has to show on the statement that one of the transactions is a purchase to their casino, even though they advertise as free. Then the redemption amount went up to $135 which I've attempted to redeem twice- once to the AHC which is already verified and approved on my account since last year and once to the debit card attached to that account-while emailing back and forth with the "support team" who can never answer my questions and seem to have scripted/standard AI type replies.

Not getting redemption

I have been a loyal player on Sixty6 since they opened. I visited the site often and randomly got coin packages when I had the extra money to play. Finally, on July 5, 2025, I actually won, so I put in my redemption — it was for $700. Then they did a second verification, which was fine.

I’ve played on other sites before and have never had any issue with redeeming or verification or anything like that. I submitted my documents as they requested. Everything was going okay until yesterday, on the 9th, when I randomly got an email from them stating that they canceled my redemption and my account, citing suspected multiple accounts. And that was just the end of it.

So I immediately started trying to get in touch with customer service because I know for a fact I don’t have multiple accounts. I play on other sites, and I know you can’t have multiple accounts — I would never risk that and lose my winnings. So I kept trying to contact them over and over again, trying to figure out what’s going on and why they think I have multiple accounts.

No one will email me back. No one will talk to me.

Then I woke up this morning and saw that they deposited $60 into my PayPal account for random coin packages I purchased since I’ve been with them. I did not ask them to do that. They did not tell me they were doing it — they just did it on their own.

I don’t even know if that’s the correct amount because I can no longer access my account to see how much I purchased from them. But the $60 they returned is nothing compared to the $700 I was supposed to be able to redeem.

I know for a fact I haven’t done anything wrong in this situation. Upon looking into this, I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. I’ve never had this come up before. I’ve never had anything like this happen.

I can’t get the company to email me back whatsoever about the situation, but I don’t want to just back off, because I know I’m not in the wrong. I should get what I won, fairly. If you're a company and you say you're going to do something, then that’s how it’s supposed to work.
