Slow payout and doesn't answer their phone


I have requested a withdrawal and everything is in order on my end, documents are all on file. I was approved on 11/17 for a little over two thousand and for two additional withdrawals on the 11/24 or so in the amounts of 2000 and 2500. I still have no withdrawal issued and Silveroak does not answer calls.

I've just checked your account again and I do see that they last payment was sent off already (this is for the combined amount, totaling $4130). If the payment has not yet reached your account, I would expect it would appear in the next day or two.

Please let me know the status on your end.
