Seriously delaying payment
Silveroaks FAQ states that "withdrawals is 10 business days to be approved and 7 business days to be sent, plus the delivery time." Despite being a VIP the wire withdrawal request for $2000 I placed on 1/09 has still not been sent to the processor. When I contact my VIP host I receive responses such as; "we're doubling the notes" or "it's the weekend contact us on Monday", then "contact us again in 72 hours", etc. I tried calling but when they transfer me to my "VIP Host" I get hung up on and then an email saying "I don’t know what is going on with my phone but it keeps hanging up. " They are clearly stalling as much as possible and it's not right. It's been over 20 days now since the request was submitted and it not yet making it to the processor is unacceptable.
