Stalling $2,000 payment


I have the following pending withdrawal request :

Amount: $-2,000.00 - Date: 01/02/2018

The payment has been denied for the second time in a row now.
I sent documents that have been approved, and also received a reply, but I did not receive any information about my payments.
Via live chat, they told me they should be approved soon.

Please, Askgamblers help me speed up the payment.

You'll be very happy to know that this withdrawal was paid to your Neteller account, yesterday: 1/16 Paid $1300 NETeller for transaction #83431725. ;-)

Please note the removal of your bonus, which was $700--as you know, all bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your withdrawal amount.
