Stalling payment and ignoring me


On February 15th I submitted a withdrawl in the amount of 2500.00. The coupon amount of 320.00 deducted and 2180.00 was approved on February 23rd. I have spoken with my host Karen < snip > multiple times and now out of the blue they say I owe them 50.00 from last August. I said fine go ahead of take it out of my withdrawal. She PROMISED me to have things wrapped up by the end of last week, March 10th. On Monday March 13th I called once again and she told me that she PROMISED she would call me no later than today March 15th and things would be taken care of. I can't even get them to answer the phone which has been happening more and more as of late. The VIP line used to always be answered now you get voicemail and your call never gets returned. I have started to play less and less with this casino. I thought maybe their recent changes might be good but now I think not.
