Finding bogus reasons to deny withdraw request of $2500

I used a "no rules bonus" at silveroak casino. the coupon code was 10/03/2017 04:40 PM Coupon 'FALLRERUNS' redeemed $181.01. The terms stated on the bonus offer is as follows Terms: FALLRERUNS awards a bonus depending on your deposit amount. Deposit $30 - $69 get a 250% no rules bonus (and 25 free spins on this week’s game). Deposit $70 - $149 get 300% no rules bonus (and 35 free spins on this week’s game). Deposit $150 upwards and get 350% no rules bonus (and 45 free spins on this week’s game). FALLRERUNSVIP awards a VIP-only bonus depending on your deposit amount. Deposit $30 - $69 get a 300% no rules bonus (and 35 free spins on this week’s game). Deposit $70 - $149 get 350% no rules bonus (and 45 free spins on this week’s game). Deposit $150 upwards and get 400% no rules bonus (and 45 free spins on this week’s game).

These bonuses and associated free spins come with no playthrough requirement and no maximum cash out amount. Bonus amounts are considered non cashable and will be removed from your withdrawal. Free spins will be credited automatically upon redemption of the relevant coupon code. You must play all of the spins before moving on to another game. Slots and Keno only.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, standard rules apply.

I ended up playing for many hours winning up to $5500 i think and losing back down to $2500 at which point i cashed out. They declined to pay saying i used bonus money to play roulette which is a restricted game. 1. I didnt use bonus funds to play roulette. 2. The terms and conditions on the bonus are pretty vague. 3. I was way above any cashout level and could have chose to cash out at $5500 but instead chose to play more. When i questioned them to show me my play history they refused.

This site is listed everywhere as a rogue site and it seems like they are just finding reasons to not pay people.

Hi David--

I'm sorry for the slow reply--it's been incredibly hectic over the past several days.

I've looked into this and to be honest, I believe it's unfair to say our terms are vague:

https://www.silveroakcasino.com/terms-conditions/

No Play/ No Max bonuses
Unless otherwise stated, No Play/ No Max bonuses may only be used to play Slots, Keno, Bingo and Scratch Card games. All other casino games are prohibited and restricted. Playing a prohibited or restricted game while using a No Play No Max bonus will void any winnings generated during the use of a No Play, No Max bonus. These terms are valid and applicable even after the playthrough requirement has been met. All Deposit Bonuses for Slots and Keno with No Restrictions (No Playthrough and No Max Cash-Out) come with our software minimum of 1X Playthough (deposit + bonus amount) before the funds are allowed to be withdrawn. Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request.

It is clearly written that you are not allowed to play anything other than Slots and Keno, even AFTER completing playthrough.

Further, while we may have issues when it comes to the expediency of processing (a very difficult issue for us), any player who has a legitimate win is paid. How many times have I stepped in for you and you've been paid? To insinuate that we're trying to look for ways to not pay is offensive, particularly knowing how much I've helped you previously.

I'm very sorry for the disappointment with this, but there is nothing I'll be able to do on this issue.
