I won 2500.00 from silver oaks casino on March 30. Playthrough was met, and all my documents were confirmed received by casino weeks ago. I already canceled one withdrawal because of the length of time it was taking. I have done live chat few times to check on the status of withdrawal, they have nothing they can tell me but they are backed up because of pandemic.

I do understand that its been over 3 weeks and according to there chat team they hope to get to it soon. Then they tell me they are expediting my withdrawal but still nothing not even a status update email. I am very frustrated with this casino and will not spend another dime there until my withdrawal is paid out

As promised your withdrawals were paid to your wallet, earlier today: 4/27 Paid $4726 (0.08670492) + no Service Fee BTC for transactions 114808859 ($2,350), 114808880 ($2,376).

Regarding the shortfall from your requested withdrawal amounts, this is because you received a bonus on each deposit. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
