Withdrawals of $6,000not yet received


On August 18th I submitted withdrawals of $6000 for payment. I have sent all my verification documents to them, more than once, and have been told numerous times that payment has been escalated. However, until today I have not received anything from them. Every time I chat with VIP Customer Service I get the run around.

I need Tawni's help here to get this sorted out. This has been going on for two and a half months now.

This is a bit goofy, as I do see a second payment was sent, however, I don't have the date which it was sent: Paid $1200 + no Service Fee for transaction # 119527658.

The good news is that our processor confirmed this wire was completed on the 19th, so you likely already have the funds in your account. ;-)
