Withdrawal requests delayed for weeks
I am a class “VIP 2” player at Silver Oak Casino. I have spent plenty via my credit card on deposits. While I can’t complain on the amount I’ve won, the delay in my most recent set of withdrawals has gotten out of hand.
My first withdrawals took quite a long time to process, but I had expected it to a degree since they need to verify documentation. The next two withdrawals I had submitted were approved and sent out relatively quickly (maybe 7 days after making the request). This was only 3 or so weeks ago. However, I now have a total of 7 withdrawal requests, the oldest of which have been pending since 7/2, 7/6, 7/7, and 7/9. At this point my 5th request has exceeded 7 business days as it is dated 7/13.
I have been following up daily with the live chat support team since the oldest withdrawals became overdue. Live chat just tells me to wait, they have limited contact with the withdrawals team and to check back 3 business days for updates. I desperately need this money. I am out of work, my unemployment benefits are delayed massively and this casino owes me now over $6,000 in total winnings.
I also tried all support emails for Silver Oak and have gotten no response. I find the lack of recourse absolutely disgraceful. It’s a shame because the bonus programs and RTPs on their games are pretty decent, with low playthrough requirements on most offers. But this ridiculous waiting period for winnings is insane. This needs to be resolved ASAP!
