Withdrawal request keeps being rejected

Hi. My name is Lanaiya. I signed up for Silver Oak Casino a few months back and used their free bonus. I did the verification and reached the play through requirements, but each time I’ve tried to withdraw the $100 they decline it every time. The first time I tried to withdraw, they went in and canceled the withdrawal themselves. It just seems like they’re purposely not trying to payout. I’ve reached out to them through their “contact us” portal, but I haven’t received a response, and their “live chat” option doesn’t even work. I have yet to see if they’ll deny my 3rd try with trying to withdraw.

In order for the bank to acknowledge your withdrawal, you will need to request the full $113--please try again using that amount.

Also, we will need to receive your preferred method of payment (Bitcoin or bank wire). If you'd like Bitcoin, we simply need your crypto address. If you'd prefer a wire, I've attached our wire form for you to fill out.
