Withdrawal of 230 usd declined and money taken

So I made an account at silver oak played a bit with their bonuses and then after I finished them I verified my account with my identification and my deposit verification and went to withdraw some of my winnings. After the bonus had ended. So my payment has been stuck for over 10 days now after confirming my crypto address and everything they ask for. Today I logged in and my withdrawal had been cancelled from a manager without explanation or any email to reason this. Also this manager logged in my account and removed 197$ of. my 230$ and replaced them as bonus credit which makes no sense. So I requested a withdrawal again for 100$ and when I logged back in the rest of my money was gone, poof disappeared from the same manager and my 100$ withdrawal is still pending. This looks like a scam and of course I cant get in touch with them anywhere.

I certainly understand your frustration and I agree, our support staff needs improvement.

At the same time, it is incumbent on you to read the terms and conditions in its entirety. Had you done so, you would have seen the link for the page listing exclusions by country.

Further, you won this money using a free chip. Again, had you taken the time to read your country's exclusions, this would not even be a discussion.

I hope this clears things up for you.

i should be informed before you take my winnings and maybe dont let us withdraw the money if we are not entitled to them. Also to get in touch with you is impossible the only way i finnaly found to talk to you is here which is super unprofessional and annoying. You need to inform your clients and be able to get in touch with them instead of just spamming promo messages.
