Withdrawal gone past terms again

Hello Tawni,

I will need your help again in moving a past due withdrawal along. I have a withdrawal for $2,500 that was made the morning of August 17. By the time of the complaint publishing it will be about two weeks old.

I would also like to add that on Thursday 8/24 I encountered a strange issue where when I logged out of my account and logged back in, the Enclave login system somehow made a new account for me under my email address. This was absolutely not intentional and I reported it immediately to live chat. I have had to speak to two separate agents about it, as the first agent despite taking my information did not push the request to close the second account forward. I want to make sure that I do not get in trouble for having multiple accounts; I have invested a lot in this account and I cannot afford to lose what I have won.

Please advise on the withdrawal from the 17th ASAP.

I've checked with our processor and they've confirmed the wire was completed on the 2nd. With this in mind, I would be surprised if the funds have not reached your account by now.
