Withdrawal delayed over weeks


I recently won 1000.00 however I have yet to receive any payouts. Upon initial verification I was advised that my bank was not supported. (After waiting two weeks) I then opted for the check option which I was advised was being escalated. I waited two more weeks and then nothing. Each time I have contacted live support I’m advised the same thing. My issue is being escalated. On today I reached out to ask if changing the withdrawal back to wire transfer would help to move the situation along since I have since obtained a account compatible with their transfers. Only to be told the same things my issue is being escalated and then the chat close on me without even answering my question. The agent was very rude. I am beyond frustrated.

I have excuse after excuse. No offense against you but I will believe it when I see it. I was told at the end of July this was being taken care of but someone in chat and here it is the end of August and still nothing. You payout policy should be updated to reflect three to four months before recent of payout instead of the 7 to ten for approval and than another seven to ten. For verification.

I'm so sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I'm happy to tell you that your payment has already been sent off to our processor: 8/16 Paid $855 + no fee for transactions #108896876 ($100), #108957327 ($755). Checks do take a bit longer on the processing side, but I would expect to have tracking for this in the next few days. As soon as the tracking comes through, I'll be back with another update.
