Withdrawal Approval outside of stated timeframe

I won on 09/04/2024, their site states that the withdrawal approval is made within 7-10 business days. Today is the 11th business day and I was told yesterday that it was expedited and should be approved by the end of the day yesterday. I chatted with support this morning and he said their within their time frame until I made him aware that today is the 11th business day and showed him a screen shot of support stating it should be approved by today and to double check. After reading reviews I made sure to stay on them about my withdrawal and to keep checking on the approval status, they continue to give me the run around each time saying it’s expedited, how can I trust a casino that can’t abide by their own policy, and terms and conditions? I still have to wait another 7-10 business days after approval for them to issue payment…so waiting another 24-48 hours for approval is ridiculous especially since it’s past their time stated in their own policy….. he quickly apologized and asked for my BTC address (I’ve already given it three different times to different support workers, after requesting my withdrawal) I’ve been told that they have everything needed from me and my account is verified…he stated that they are slammed and have a lot of transactions and are behind…that is not my fault, 7-10 business days is more than enough to approve a withdrawal, especially since I have been checking to make sure they have everything they need from me. I want them to follow their timeframe as promised and not further delay my payment. I have screenshots of every chat, and I do not think it’s fair to delay my approval for another 24-48 hours because that delays the 7-10 business days I still have to wait for them to issue payment. I can’t imagine a casino telling me to wait over a month to see my winnings when they are so quick to take my money and deposits… I wish I would of read reviews before I deposited any money into their casino, after reading and seeing how many issues and complaints they have it’s hard to believe that this will be a smooth process so I am staying on top of it and making it known they are no longer within their timeframe and need to approve my deposit so the clock can start on my payout…. This is extremely frustrating and definitely more trouble then I would of ever imagined…
