Waiting payment of $400 for more than a month

On 9/10 I won 500 at Silver Oak. On 9/19 I was approved for 100 and the rest of confiscated. I talked to chat about the mistake and on 9/23 I was approved for a 400 make right withdraw.

I'm happy the mistake was fixed but I haven't received a cent of either withdraw. I hope you can help. I have given you a screenshot for proof.
