Waiting over 8 months to withdraw $21,400
Oh boy, here we go. I have finally decided to lodge a formal complaint after months of nothing. I have done the standard periodic contacting of support, but I am simply tired of doing something that provides no results. My last approved payout was on June 16th, 2020, and I currently have 9 total pending withdraws totaling $21,400. My oldest withdraw request is for $2,397 on June 6th, 2020. These are are all bitcoin withdraw requests. I sent an email to payments@casinosupportcenter.com and documents@silveroakcasino.com on October 6th, 2020 with an updated bitcoin address and verification info, resulting in no action/response. So, I assume I will now speaking with Tawni. Hello Tawni, my name is Evan :) We may be chatting a good deal in coming weeks/months, as I am owed by multiple casinos in this casino group. I am just starting with Silver Oak as they haven't paid me for the longest of these casinos. I hope my decision to write this complaint can finally create a positive outcome for me.
