Waiting over 4 months for a $634 withdrawal

I put in a request for withdrawal on 2/20. I was approved for $634 on 3/7. I have tried online chats several times over the past few months. I have been told many different things. I believed it was because they lost their check processor and I had requested a check. But month ago I requested a bank wire and gave all of my information. I still have not received the money. I would like to know when I will receive the money.

I've checked our processor detail and I see your wire was confirmed as completed on the 27th--I would expect the funds have reached your account by now.
