Waiting more than a month for each withdrawal
I hesitated before writing a complaint about Silver Oak, but, Complaint is not the good word, It’s a wakeup call. The players need money to play and faster they have their money, faster they can put it back into play. I love Silver Oak Casino but considering the number of withdrawal that I have left waiting and the number of days that increases between each approval of withdrawal, it will take a long time before I receive them all. Maybe a year. I was registered on Silver Oak since February 02, 2018 but I had only played a no deposit bonus of $ 95.
My first deposit on Silver Oak was made on March 29, 2018. My first withdrawal May 13, 2018 check withdrawal request, 2 500$ May 27, 2018 Approved, 2 500$ - 563$ bonus June 06, 2018 check received 1 897$ / 40$ fee. On June 28 I received the following reply from Windsor Daniel, I reviewed your account just now, and I see that a payment was sent out yesterday for $1510 + $40 Service Fee (Check). The FedEx tracking number should be available in a few days. The general time frame for withdrawals is 7-10 business days to be approved and then another 10 business days to be sent, plus the delivery time, which may vary according to processors limitations. The withdrawal processing time is getting longer and longer. At this rate, I should receive my last withdrawal in approximately 1 year. That makes no sense! I understand that the last three withdrawals were made just five business days ago but the time that other withdrawals are received is certain that they will have more than fifteen business days. I hope this will help me to get my money faster.
